Who am I? Ive often asked myself that but I refuse to give myself too much information in case I abuse it!!

Ok, here's what I do know..

Who am I?..

I'm called Alan but most folks know me as "Budgie".. why?  I cant remember as I've had that nickname since primary school.. Being a  patriot Scot I'm clan Murray - My tartan (Murray of Elibank)

Where am I?..        

Home is a small village in the Scottish Borders, Scotland, UK

What am I into?..   

Quite a lot really.. lots of things float my boat.. well, if you look round this site you will get a fair idea.

Mostly I'm an antisocial sod who is into model building, riding my motorbike, practicing Karate and reading the odd Conan novel or two!

What do I look like?..   

If your really bored you will find me here (no decent pic yet..your safe for a while)

Why build this site?..

Three reasons really.

like most site owners I have stuff to show folks who may have similar interests or are just looking for something a little different.

I ran out of space and ideas on my old web sites. They are still active but will no longer be updated.  I've tried not to repeat content from the other sites so should you wish to look at the others then go ahead.

Budgies site - My second site. Now only used for storing random stuff that gets used for bits and bobs.. not a great deal of interest.. the good stuff will be transferred here.

Scifi Scotland - My third site and the original Scifi Scotland page. too many pop-ups for my liking but theres a fair bit of stuff on there to look at.

Finally I wasn't happy with the look of the previous sites.. hopefully this one will turn out better. still a lot of work to do on it until I'm happy though.
